Collagen is a key structural protein which, together with elastin, maintains skin structure and firmness. Hydrolysed collagen peptides are a highly absorbable form of collagen, researched over decades as a front-line skin health nutrient.

How long until I feel a benefit?
This can vary from person to person, and also depends on the product and the benefit you're looking for. Supplements aren't pharmaceutical drugs, and they won't have an immediate effect.
Some supplements work in the background, delivering long-term health benefits without noticeable short-term differences.
But for most products, the active ingredient in your supplement needs to build up to sufficient levels in the body to begin to have an effect. In general, you should notice a benefit after 4-8 weeks of supplementation.

Having been taking this product for some considerable time, I preferred the original I.e two tablets, gel capsule and one tablet, taken once a day. I thought the results were far more effective.
I am giving this new tablet a little time but if the results don’t improve, might well cancel my subscription.
