The blend includes vitamin D to support bones, muscles and immunity, B vitamins for energy and a healthy heart, zinc for immune and cognitive support, antioxidants to help protect cells from oxidative stress, and chromium for healthy blood sugar balance. Where possible, these important nutrients are always added, no matter which health area you’re targeting.
Together with BioPerine®, a patented black pepper extract shown to support absorption, these nutrients build a strong foundation for your health as you age.

Vitamin K, in particular its K2 form, plays an important role in bone formation by working with vitamin D to move calcium from the blood into bones. It helps activate a protein called osteocalcin, essential for ‘locking in’ calcium to maintain bone density and strength.
That’s particularly relevant for peri- and post-menopausal women, as reduced oestrogen has been linked to low bone density, which in turn can increase the risk of bone fracture. Studies show that vitamin K2 helps improve bone density when combined with vitamin D and calcium, which have been shown to reduce bone mineral loss in postmenopausal women. All three are included in Menopause Support

How long until I feel a benefit?
