About half of the HA in our bodies is found in the skin, where it acts like a sponge to keep skin hydrated and prevent wrinkle appearance.
A highly absorbable form of hydrolysed collagen peptides, researched over decades as a front-line skin health nutrient. Breaking down the large collagen molecule into smaller pieces called peptides makes them much easier to absorb. It tastes okay considering it’s bone marrow like my mum made aspic of. Trouble is I’m taking it as on Lojong term steroids and now have very thin skin which tear easily.
