Who’s it for?

Healthy Joints & Bones is tailored for anyone aged 50 and over who wants support for their joint flexibility and bone strength, to secure confident and comfortable movement as they get older.

It can also bring extra support during and after menopause, when changes in mineral density start to have more effect on bone strength.

If you’re taking anti-coagulant medication (blood thinners), please consult your doctor before taking this product. If advised to use it, take one tablet per day rather than the full daily dose.

A basic building block of cartilage in joints, glucosamine is important for maintaining its elasticity and strength. It also helps reduce damage to joints from daily wear and tear.

Chondroitin for flexible cartilage

Found naturally in joint cartilage, tendons and ligaments, chondroitin is where collagen fibres are embedded. Chondroitin tends to absorb water, which adds to the thickness and elasticity of the collagen. Chondroitin is also believed to destroy harmful enzymes that are responsible for breaking down cartilage in joint tissues.

Vitamin K (K1 + K2) for healthy bones

Vitamin K plays a key role in bone formation by ensuring that calcium gets moved from the blood into the bones, which strengthens them. Many studies using vitamin K2 have shown that it increases bone quality.
