Supports smooth and flexible joints – with glucosamine and chondroitin, both found naturally in joint cartilage. Hydrolysed collagen, MSM and hyaluronic acid, copper and manganese support cartilage and connective tissues like tendons and ligaments.
Supports strong, healthy bones – Calcium, magnesium and zinc are essential for strong and healthy bones, supported by vitamins D and K to ensure absorption and bone formation. The nutrients are all lacking in 50+ diets, with nearly half missing their daily calcium target.
Proven support for bone density after menopause – Calcium and vitamin D have been shown to reduce bone mineral loss in postmenopausal women, a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures.
Reduces the risk of falls and fractures in the over-60s – Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falling associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falling is a risk factor for bone fractures among men and women aged 60 years and older.

How long until I feel a benefit?
