How long until I feel a benefit?

I’ve often trawled the internet looking for the perfect multi vitamin/mineral for over 50’s. Of course there is no perfect one. But I have to say this one has come closest. I find a lot of vitamin/mineral supplements have too high dosages for me. Or they add extra herbs or things that make me feel weird, or too stimulated. There is obviously plenty of B’s in this multi as my urine gets that colour, and my mood and nervous system feel better. But there’s not so much that I feel amped. I really like that it includes CoQ10. This is not common to find in a multi that’s reasonably priced. By and large I feel really good on this supplement and notice a difference when I don’t take it. The reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that it contains D2 and not D3. So I take a little D3 to supplement this. Btw the customer service of this company is excellent. Would highly recommend. 🙂
