I call it the “16 year-old-girl” diet or the “wrestler” diet. Both groups make the same mistake. Eating less does not equal loss of weight. IT MEANS LOSS OF MUSCLE, WHICH CAUSES LOSS OF WEIGHT. Not a very bright idea. We need muscle to move, for our heartbeat, breathing, all kinds of thing that are necessary for life.
Here’s an innovative idea. Why not lose body fat and build some muscle and have a NET loss of body weight. The way to do that is eat less of the bad foods and more of the good food. It is not difficult.
