Start With Small Nutritional Changes

No, this is not a diet that will help you lose 10 lbs. in a week.  The safe and lasting number of pounds to lose PER WEEK is 2-3.

Just make some small changes in your diet while you ween yourself off of heavy amounts of salt, sugar and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS).  These are easy do when going out to eat.
