The secret to people over 50 getting into shape is one word, “MODIFY”.  Modify and exercise you do so you don’t injure or re-injure your knee, hip, elbow, shoulder, finger, toe, etc.

  1. there are certain habits a person can do that make it virtually impossible to be overweight. these, however, can be pricey in areas that aren’t so much financial as they are everything else that can be awful 🙂
