Slow walk a block.  Fast walk a block.  Slow walk a block.  Fast walk a block.  Etc. for 30 mins.

OR

Slow walk in the shade.  Fast Walk in the Sun.  Slow Walk in the shade.  Fast Walk in the Sun.  Etc. for 30 mins.
