Reduce Body Fat in Half the Time

So, you don’t want to be the hare and wear out early.  And you don’t want to be the tortoise and never get anywhere.  Why not do both.  It’s called interval training.  Warm up for 3 minutes, fast for 30 sec., slow for 60 sec., fast for 30, slow for 60.  That’s two intervals.  Start out with 5 the first day.  After a week go to 10.  Then as many as you want.  Cut the body fat, improve your breathing, reduce your time exercising and beat the boredom.  Win, win, win, win.
